Admit:

our sins to Him, and ask Him to forgive us for those sins: 1st John 1:9; says “if we confess our sins, He is Faithful and Just and will forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”Romans 3:23 says, “For All have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God.”

Because of sin, man will perish and be forever separated from God. Romans 6:23a; For the wages of sin is death, (eternal separation from God),

Believe:

that God provided a way for our relationship with Him to be restored, by sending His own Son to pay the price for our sins, death on the cross, and that on the third day He was raised to life again, conquering death forever more.  Romans 6:23b; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ the Lord.    John 3:16; For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Confess:

that He is Lord;  Romans 10:9 & 10:10 says “if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”

Here is an example prayer, that you can say to God, to ask forgiveness and ask Him into your life to save you;

“Dear God, I admit I am a sinner in need of you. Please forgive me of my sins and give me abundant life here on earth and eternal life with you in heaven. I believe Jesus died and rose again for my sins. I confess Jesus as Lord and Savior of my life. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
